Due to the perishable nature of our products — fresh, handcrafted flowers — we do not accept returns or refunds under any circumstances.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete we offer a free same-day replacement.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:
- A clear photo of the product
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
